Teaching

My teaching philosophy is grounded in inclusivity, continuous improvement, and the integration of theory and practice. I aim to create a learner-centred environment in which students from diverse backgrounds can achieve the intended learning outcomes while developing knowledge and skills that are transferable to academic and professional settings. 

I currently teach at Durham University Business School, where I contribute to teaching at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
