I am an Assistant Professor of Operations and Supply Chain Management at Durham University Business School.

I hold a PhD in Production and Supply Chain Management from the Technical University of Darmstadt, and completed postdoctoral research at the Chair of Sustainable Operations Management at the University of Zurich. 

My research explores the use of management science approaches to address practical operational challenges across a range of industries, from e-commerce and fashion to hospitality, utilities, manufacturing, publishing, and food operations, with a particular focus on sustainable operations and frontline behavioural operations.
